Vegetable Spinach Dip

This is our favorite dip, we like it so much we usually double the recipe. We also prefer to make it with low fat mayonnaise and no fat sour cream, it tastes just as good and is much healthier without the high fat. Try the low fat version for spinach dip without guilt!
