Do you have a favorite topping or how you eat your vanilla ice cream?

Ice cream is a popular dessert or snack for young and old, year-round.  It’s a nostalgic summer comfort food that can take us back to simpler times and memories of summer fun. When our children where little we made ice cream almost every weekend in the summer. I’ve always preferred to make ice cream ourselves because then we know exactly what we’re eating.
